Our precision optical mirrors are designed to reflect light in the UV-VIS-NIR spectra making them an ideal choice for a wide variety of applications including aerospace, military and commercial avionics, scientific and medical instrumentation, academics and research, as well as industrial applications.

Advanced Optics maintains a full range of in-stock optical mirrors and can provide customization to meet your unique requirements. We offer flat, wedged, and odd aspect ratio precision mirrors in almost any configuration.

All of our mirrors may be purchased with a metallic, dielectric, or a partially reflective coating.

Optical Mirror Manufacturing Capabilities:

  • Fabricate polished mirrors from 1mm – 530mm.
  • Precision polish down to λ/20
  • Craft round, rectangular, and square substrates or almost any custom configuration to meet your requirements.
  • Produce optical mirrors from a variety of substrates including fused silica, quartz, ZERODUR®, ClearCeram®Z, BOROFLOAT®33, N-BK7®, and Viosil.
  • Achieve parallelism of < 2 arc seconds and offer wedged mirrors.
  • Modify and resurface customer supplied materials.
  • Manufacture precision polished mirrors with odd aspect ratios.
  • Provide a wide variety of optical coatings including bare Al, protected Al, enhanced Al, protected Ag, protected Au, bare Au, dielectric, or partially reflective coatings as well as design custom coatings.
  • Produce precision optical mirrors from prototype to production.
